Bring practical, in-the-trenches dentistry to your stage.
Sharing is caring and sharing knowledge is how all of us get better. If you are planning a conference, a study club, a webinar, or a team training, I bring real cases, honest stories, and clinical and leadership content that your audience can put to work the next morning. Teaching is probably a better description of what I do than speaking, its never one sided as your audience engages and participates.
Why bring me in
Education that translates to treatment
My courses are taught with an approachable “jENERGY”, grounded in what genuinely works once you are back in your own practice. Founded in principles from the Kois Center, my experience lies in doing cosmetic, restorative, and full-mouth rehabilitation dentistry. I have taught nationally and internationally on clinical techniques, case presentation, leadership, and team culture. My goal for any audience is the same as my goal chairside, which is to give people something specific and usable rather than theory they will forget by the parking lot.
What I speak on
Topics that span the clinical and the human side of dentistry
I cover three connected areas, and I am happy to tailor a talk to your audience and their experience level.
Clinical technique and predictability. From crowns to composites, treatment planning and full-mouth rehabilitation, occlusion, and related procedures we can customize the content to your needs.
Communication and case acceptance. How to learn what matters to a patient, how to bring patients into the conversation instead of lecturing to them, and how photography and visuals raise both trust and acceptance. Patients say yes when treatment aligns with what they care about, and that is a teachable skill.
Culture and Leadership. Leadership lessons drawn from the Ritz-Carlton service culture, the elements of a strong partnership, learning openly from clinical and business mistakes, and building a growth mindset across a team. These are the topics most clinical courses skip, and they are often the ones holding a practice back.

My style
Practical, honest, and a little bit fun
Including my own mistakes and successes, I bring real cases. I keep things conversational and bring humor when it helps an idea land while focusing on takeaways your audience can act on right away. People should leave with their hearts and notebooks full and at least one pearl they want to change before their next patient.
“Dr. Jen is a true clinical mentor and guided me every step of the way. … Having Dr. Jen present on the day of preparation and the seat appointment gave me so much confidence. … Because of this experience, I now feel confident introducing smile design cases into my own practice.”
